October 27, 2021 4:05 PM EDTSALEM, Ind., Oct. 27, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mid-Southern Bancorp, Inc. (Company) (Nasdaq: MSVB), the holding company for Mid-Southern Savings Bank, FSB (Bank), announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share on the Companys outstanding common stock, an increase of 33 percent versus the prior quarterly dividend rate of $0.03 per share and the second increase announced during 2021.
