Generac surged 30% after announcing a major long-term supply agreement with Amazon to provide backup power generators for Amazon Web Services (AWS) data centers. The contract carries potential payments totaling up to $8 billion, with $2.4 billion in initial deliveries slated for 2027 and 2028. As part of the multi-year deal, Generac granted Amazon a warrant to purchase up to ~1.69 million shares of common stock at $200.9266 per share, tied directly to payment milestones through 2033.

Fluence Energy, Inc. (NASDAQ: FLNC)

Fluence Energy plummeted 18% after sharply slashing its full-year fiscal 2026 outlook due to ongoing supply chain bottlenecks impacting U.S. battery production. The energy storage systems provider reduced its full-year revenue target to approximately $2.4 billion (down from the previous $3.0 billion midpoint) and widened its expected adjusted EBITDA loss to ~$200 million (compared to the previous ($10) million guidance midpoint).

Lennar Corp. (NYSE: LEN)

Lennar fell 2% after missing third-quarter top- and bottom-line expectations. The homebuilder reported Q3 EPS of $1.19 (trailing the $1.29 consensus) on revenue of $8.05 billion versus $8.31 billion expected. For the fourth quarter of 2026, Lennar expects new orders of 19,500 to 20,500 homes, deliveries between 22,000 and 23,000 units at an average selling price of $370,000 to $380,000, and home sales gross margins of 15.5% to 16.0% as higher mortgage rates and buyer incentives continue to weigh on profitability.
