Mid-Southern Bancorp, Inc. Announces Declaration of its First Cash Dividend
October 25, 2018 4:05 PM EDTSALEM, Ind., Oct. 25, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Mid-Southern Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: MSVB), the holding company for Mid-Southern Savings Bank, FSB (Bank), today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per share on the Companys outstanding common stock. The cash dividend will be payable on December 3, 2018 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 16, 2018.
