Mid-southern Savings Bank (MSVB) Declares $0.02 Quarterly Dividend; 0.7% Yield

Mid-southern Savings Bank (NASDAQ: MSVB) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.02 per share, or $0.08 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on December 3, 2018, to stockholders of record on November 16, 2018, with an ex-dividend date of November 15, 2018.

The annual yield on the dividend is 0.7 percent.

“We are pleased to commence the payment of a cash dividend to our stockholders,” said Alexander G. Babey, President and CEO of the Bank. “We intend to pay a cash dividend on a quarterly basis. Of course any future dividends will be dependent on an evaluation of our results of operations, capital position and needs, and the general economic environment.”
