Hartford Financial Services Group (HIG) Misses Q2 EPS by 37c; Adds $1.3B to Buyback

Hartford Financial Services Group (NYSE: HIG) reported Q2 EPS of $0.31, $0.37 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.68.
