Post Holdings (POST) Prices Upsized 5.6M Common, 2.5M Tangible Units Offering

Post Holdings (NYSE: POST) announced the pricing of its previously announced common stock offering of 5,500,000 shares at $47.70 per share. The size of the common stock offering was increased from 4,500,000 shares to 5,500,000 shares. The Company also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 825,000 shares of common stock at the public offering price less the underwriting discount. The common stock offering is expected to close on May 28, 2014, subject to customary closing conditions.

Post Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: POST) announced it intends to commence underwritten public offerings, subject to market and other conditions, of 4,500,000 shares of its common stock and of 2,000,000 tangible equity units (the "Units"), with a stated value of $100.00 per Unit.
