December 16, 2013 2:24 PM ESTIn a 13G filing on Oncomed Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: OMED), Celgene Corp (Nasdaq: CELG) disclosed a 5.00%, or 1,470,588 share, stake in the company. The percentage is based upon 29,384,647 outstanding shares of Common Stock of Oncomed as of December 2, 2013.
