April 30, 2026 3:34 PM EDTMALVERN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- After careful consideration, the Board of Trustees of Pacer Funds Trust has determined to close and liquidate the Pacer CFRA-Stovall Equal Weight Seasonal Rotation ETF (NYSE: SZNE) (the Fund). Pacer Advisors, Inc. (Pacer Advisors) serves as the investment adviser to the Fund.
Effective on or about May 1, 2026, the Fund will begin liquidating its portfolio assets. This will cause the Fund to increase its cash holdings and deviate from the investment objective and strategies stated in the Funds prospectus. Accordingly, the Fund will not be reconstituted and... More
