Spruce Power Announces Chief Financial Officer Transition
May 5, 2025 4:15 PM EDTDENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Spruce Power Holding Corporation (NYSE: SPRU) (Spruce or the Company) today announced that Sarah Wells, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), has resigned, effective May 14, 2025, to pursue other opportunities. Spruce expects to appoint an interim CFO prior to Wells departing. The Company is undertaking a search to fill the CFO position on a permanent basis.
