Great Lakes Announces $50 Million Share Repurchase Program
March 14, 2025 8:00 AM EDTHOUSTON, March 14, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Corporation (Great Lakes or the Company) (Nasdaq: GLDD), the largest provider of dredging services in the United States, today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a share repurchase program pursuant to which the Company may repurchase up to $50 million of its common stock.
