Choice Hotels (CHH) PT Raised to $139 at JPMorgan
February 26, 2025 4:30 PM ESTJPMorgan analyst Joseph Greff raised the price target on Choice Hotels (NYSE: CHH) to $139.00 (from $135.00) while maintaining a Underweight rating.
The analyst comments "CHH reported 4Q24 EBITDA of $140m, 6% above our $132m estimate and representing 12% y/y growth. The upside relative to our estimate relates to higher marketing and reservation revenues ($23m/13% above), Owned Hotel revenues ($3m/12% above), and Franchise revenues that were $2m/1% above our estimate, partially offset by higher-than-modeled SG&A expenses ($3m/6%) and Owned Hotel expenses ($2m/13% above)....
