BayCom Corp Increases Quarterly Cash Dividend 50% to $0.15 Per Share
November 20, 2024 4:30 PM ESTWALNUT CREEK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- BayCom Corp (NASDAQ: BCML) (BayCom or the Company), the parent company of United Business Bank, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share on the Company's outstanding common stock, which represents a 50% increase (from $0.10 per share) in the Companys quarterly dividend. The dividend is payable on January 10, 2025 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 12, 2024.
