Crown Castle Announces Pricing of Senior Notes Offering
August 1, 2024 5:02 PM EDTHOUSTON, Aug. 01, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Crown Castle Inc. (NYSE: CCI) (Crown Castle) announced today that it has priced its previously announced public offering of 4.900% Senior Notes due 2029 and 5.200% Senior Notes due 2034 in aggregate principal amounts of $550 million and $700 million, respectively.
