Wayne Savings Bancshares, Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend
March 30, 2023 4:01 PM EDTWOOSTER, Ohio, March 30, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Wayne Savings Bancshares, Inc. (OTCQX: WAYN), (the Company), the holding company parent of Wayne Savings Community Bank (the Bank), has declared a cash dividend of $0.23 per share of the Companys common stock for the quarter ending March 31, 2023. The quarterly cash dividend will be paid on May 3, 2023, to stockholders of record as of April 19, 2023.
