April 13, 2022 9:00 AM EDTDEERFIELD, Ill., April 13, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: CAT) voted today to maintain the quarterly dividend of one dollar and eleven cents ($1.11) per share of common stock, payable May 20, 2022, to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 25, 2022.
