Caterpillar (NYSE: CAT) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.11 per share, or $4.44 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on May 20, 2022, to stockholders of record on April 25, 2022, with an ex-dividend date of April 22, 2022.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2 percent.
