After-Hours Movers:

Steel Dynamics (NASDAQ: STLD)

Steel Dynamics fell 6% after reporting a third-quarter bottom-line miss. The steel producer and metal recycler posted Q3 EPS of $5.26, trailing Wall Street estimates of $5.48, despite revenue coming in slightly ahead of expectations at $6.51 billion (versus $6.43 billion consensus). Lower average realized steel selling prices and compressed metal spreads weighed on quarterly profitability.

Crown Holdings (NYSE: CCK)

Crown Holdings dropped 4% despite delivering a Q3 top- and bottom-line beat ($2.39 EPS on $3.71 billion in revenue). The decline was triggered by soft fourth-quarter guidance, with management projecting Q4 EPS of $1.63–$1.73 (midpoint below the $1.79 Wall Street consensus) as ongoing seasonal volume slowdowns across beverage and food can operations weigh on year-end operating margins.

Bitdeer Technologies (NASDAQ: BTDR)

Bitdeer Technologies rose 7% following major operational milestones across its AI cloud infrastructure and Bitcoin mining divisions. The company secured data center capacity agreements for 67MW at its A901 facility and 60MW at A103, while securing offtake commitments covering over 70% of its 21.7MW A201 facility in Malaysia (expected to generate over $1.7 billion over 5 years). The deals boosted Bitdeer's total AI Cloud revenue backlog to ~$2.9 billion. Additionally, Bitdeer acquired 200 acres near its Rockdale, Texas site for AI/HPC expansion and reported a 200% YoY increase in Bitcoin production to 1,355 BTC.
