Onconova Therapeutics, Inc. (NASDAQ: ONTX) (Onconova), a biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering and developing novel products to treat cancer, today announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $4.20 per share.
