July 22, 2021 1:15 PM EDTDUBUQUE, Iowa, July 22, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Heartland Financial USA, Inc. (NASDAQ: HTLF), announced that its board of directors approved a 14% increase in its regular quarterly cash dividend to $0.25 per share on the company's common stock payable on August 30, 2021, to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 16, 2021. As of June 30, 2021, there were 42,245,452 common shares outstanding listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol HTLF.
