CoreWeave Inc. shares fell 1.7% in morning trading on Monday to $53.92, giving back an earlier gain following the company's announcement of an expanded partnership with CrowdStrike.
The companies unveiled a joint offering at Fal.Con Europe 2026 that integrates CrowdStrike's Falcon platform across CoreWeave's GPU clusters. The service provides real-time threat protection and managed detection for AI workloads running on CoreWeave's cloud infrastructure.
Oracle's (NYSE: ORCL) announcement of a $10 billion bond sale on Monday raised concerns about AI infrastructure debt across the neocloud sector, affecting sentiment toward companies like CoreWeave.
