Caterpillar (CAT) Raises Quarterly Dividend 8% to $1.11; 1.9% Yield
June 9, 2021 11:03 AM EDTCaterpillar (NYSE: CAT) declared a quarterly dividend of $1.11 per share, or $4.44 annualized. This is an 8% increase.
The dividend will be payable on August 20, 2021, to stockholders of record on July 20, 2021, with an ex-dividend date of July 19, 2021.
