Comfort Systems USA Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2020 Results
February 25, 2021 4:14 PM ESTHOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Comfort Systems USA, Inc. (NYSE: FIX) today reported results for the fourth quarter and annual period ended December 31, 2020.
For the quarter ended December 31, 2020, net income was $42.8 million, or $1.17 per diluted share, as compared to $34.1 million, or $0.92 per diluted share, for the quarter ended December 31, 2019. Earnings per diluted share for the fourth quarter of 2020 included an $0.18 benefit from changes in value of earnout accruals.
