Atotech Prices Initial Public Offering
February 3, 2021 8:11 PM ESTBERLIN, Feb. 03, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Atotech Limited (Atotech), a leading specialty chemicals technology company and a market leader in advanced electroplating solutions, has priced its initial public offering of 29,268,000 of its common shares at $17.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on Thursday, February 4, 2021 on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol ATC, and the offering is expected to close on February 8, 2021, subject to customary closing conditions.
