Kroger Board of Directors Raises Quarterly Dividend 13 Percent
June 25, 2020 11:39 AM EDTCINCINNATI, June 25, 2020 /PRNewswire/ --Â The Kroger Co.'s (NYSE: KR) Board of Directors approved a dividend increase from 64 to 72 cents per year. The next quarterly dividend of 18 cents per share will be paid on September 1, 2020 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 14, 2020.
