Kroger (KR) Raises Quarterly Dividend 12.5% to $0.18; 2.2% Yield

Kroger (NYSE: KR) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, or $0.72 annualized. This is a 12.5% increase from the prior dividend of $0.16.

The dividend will be payable on September 1, 2020, to stockholders of record on August 14, 2020, with an ex-dividend date of August 13, 2020.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.2 percent.
