Provention Bio Announces Pricing of $95.7 Million Public Offering of Common Stock
June 17, 2020 10:16 PM EDTOLDWICK, N.J., June 17, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Provention Bio, Inc., (Nasdaq: PRVB), a biopharmaceutical company dedicated to intercepting and preventing immune-mediated diseases, today announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 6,600,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $14.50 per share. Gross proceeds to Provention Bio from the offering are expected to be $95.7 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by Provention Bio.
