May 11, 2020 8:33 AM EDTBluerock Residential Growth REIT (NYSE: BRG) reported Q1 EPS of ($0.70), $0.17 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.53). Revenue for the quarter came in at $56.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $54.14 million.
First Quarter Highlights
Total revenues grew 9% to $56.2 million for the quarter from $51.5 million in the prior year period.Net loss attributable to common stockholders for the first quarter of 2020 was ($0.70) per share, as compared to ($0.53) per share in the prior year period.
