SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Axos Financial, Inc. (NYSE: AX) (Axos), parent company of Axos Bank (the Bank), today announced financial results for the third fiscal quarter ended March31, 2019. Net income was $38.8 million, a decrease of 24.3% from $51.3 million for the quarter ended March31, 2018. Earnings attributable to Axos common stockholders were $38.7 million or $0.63 per diluted share for the third quarter of fiscal 2019, a decrease of 24.3% from $51.2 million or $0.80 per diluted share for the third quarter ended March31, 2018.
