Grace Announces Increased Quarterly Dividend
February 7, 2019 6:00 AM ESTCOLUMBIA, Md., Feb. 07, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- W. R. Grace & Co. (NYSE: GRA) today announced that it has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.27 per common share. The dividend, payable on March 21, 2019 to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 28, 2019, reflects approval by the Board of Directors of a 12.5 percent increase in the company's regular annual cash dividend from $0.96 to $1.08 per common...
