Gritstone Oncology Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
September 27, 2018 9:30 PM EDTEMERYVILLE, Calif., Sept. 27, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Gritstone Oncology, Inc. (Nasdaq: GRTS) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,666,667 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $15.00 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by Gritstone Oncology.
