VSE Declares a $0.08 per Share Cash Dividend
May 1, 2018 5:00 PM EDTALEXANDRIA, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- VSE Corporation (Nasdaq:Â VSEC) reported today that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share, an increase of 14%, for an annual payout rate $0.32 per share as compared to the prior annual payout rate of $0.28 per share. The dividend will be paid on August 1, 2018, to stockholders of record as of July 18, 2018.
