April 28, 2017 12:57 PM EDTSCRANTON, Pa., April 28, 2017 /PRNewswire/ --Â The Board of Directors of Peoples Financial Services Corp. (NASDAQ: PFIS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.31 per share. The dividend is payable June 15, 2017 to shareholders of record May 31, 2017.
