Keane Announces Pricing of its Initial Public Offering
January 19, 2017 5:53 PM ESTHOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Keane Group, Inc. ("Keane" or the "Company") announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 26,760,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $19.00 per share. 15,700,000 of the shares are being offered by the Company and 11,060,000 shares are being offered by the selling stockholder. The selling stockholder has also granted the underwriters a 30-day over-allotment option to purchase an additional 4,014,000 shares of the Company's common stock.
The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on January 20, 2017, under the symbol "FRAC," and the offering is... More
