American Campus Communities, Inc. Reports Second Quarter 2016 Financial Results

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- American Campus Communities, Inc. (NYSE: ACC) today announced the following financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2016.

Highlights

Reported net income attributable to ACC of $18.4 million or $0.14 per fully diluted share, versus $15.6 million or $0.14 per fully diluted share in the second quarter 2015. Achieved quarterly FFOM of $0.54 per fully diluted share or $72.2 million, versus $0.57 per fully diluted share or $65.2 million for the second quarter prior year.
