American Campus Communities (NYSE: ACC) reported Q2 FFO of $0.54, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.52. Revenue for the quarter came in at $186 million versus the consensus estimate of $174.92 million.

GUIDANCE:

American Campus Communities sees FY2016 FFO of $2.19-$2.31, versus prior guidance of $2.14-$2.30 and the consensus of $2.21.
