July 25, 2016 4:06 PM EDTAmerican Campus Communities (NYSE: ACC) reported Q2 FFO of $0.54, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.52. Revenue for the quarter came in at $186 million versus the consensus estimate of $174.92 million.
