May 9, 2016 4:06 PM EDTDALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Fiesta Restaurant Group, Inc. (Fiesta or the Company) (NASDAQ: FRGI), parent company of the Pollo Tropical® and Taco Cabana® fast-casual restaurant brands, today reported results for the first quarter 2016, which ended on April 3, 2016.
Highlights of the first quarter 2016 results as compared to the first quarter 2015 include:
Total revenues increased 7.8% to $176.7 million; Comparable restaurant sales at Pollo Tropical were flat, and comparable guest traffic increased 0.1%; Comparable restaurant sales at Taco Cabana increased 1.7%, and comparable guest traffic decreased 0.8%; Six... More
