Wayne Savings Bancshares, Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend
March 24, 2016 3:52 PM EDTWOOSTER, Ohio, March 24, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Wayne Savings Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: WAYN), the stock holding company parent of Wayne Savings Community Bank, has declared a cash dividend of $0.09 per share of the Companys common stock for the quarter ending March 31, 2016. This represents an annualized dividend of $.36 per share. The quarterly cash dividend will be paid on April 27, 2016 to stockholders of record as of April 13, 2016.
