Oracle (ORCL) Declares $0.15 Quarterly Dividend; 1.6% Yield; Approves $10B Common Stock Buyback Plan
March 15, 2016 4:01 PM EDTOracle (NYSE: ORCL) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on April 28, 2016, to stockholders of record on April 14, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of April 12, 2016.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.6 percent.
