Wayne Savings Bancshares, Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend
December 17, 2015 4:44 PM ESTWOOSTER, Ohio, Dec. 17, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Wayne Savings Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: WAYN), the stock holding company parent of Wayne Savings Community Bank, has declared a cash dividend of $0.09 per share of the Companys common stock for the quarter ending December 31, 2015. This represents an annualized dividend of $.36 per share. The quarterly cash dividend will be paid on January 20, 2016 to stockholders of record as of January 6, 2016.
