Fauquier Bankshares, Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend
August 24, 2015 4:12 PM EDTWARRENTON, Va., Aug. 24, 2015 /PRNewswire/ --Â The Board of Directors of Fauquier Bankshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: FBSS) recently announced a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share. This dividend was declared for shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 11, 2015 and will be payable on October 1, 2015. The $0.12 per share dividend represents a $0.48 dividend on an annualized basis.Â
