Brown & Brown (BRO) Declares $0.11 Quarterly Dividend; 1.3% Yield

Brown & Brown (NYSE: BRO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.11 per share, or $0.44 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on August 12, 2015, to stockholders of record on August 7, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of August 5, 2015.
