PMFG (PMFG) Received No Alternate Proposals During 'Go Shop' Period
July 10, 2015 7:35 AM EDTPMFG (NASDAQ: PMFG) announced that the go-shop period provided in the previously announced merger agreement with CECO Environmental Corp. ("CECO"), expired at 11:59 New York City time on July 7, 2015.
PMFG did not receive any proposals from third parties during the go-shop period.
