Wayne Savings Bancshares, Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend
June 26, 2015 1:21 PM EDTWOOSTER, Ohio, June 26, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Wayne Savings Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: WAYN), the stock holding company parent of Wayne Savings Community Bank, has declared a cash dividend of $0.09 per share of the Company's common stock for the quarter ending June 30, 2015. This represents an annualized dividend of $.36 per share. The quarterly cash dividend will be paid on July 29, 2015 to stockholders of record as of July 15, 2015.
