Merck (MRK) Declares $0.45 Quarterly Dividend; 3.1% Yield
May 26, 2015 1:54 PM EDTMerck (NYSE: MRK) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.45 per share, or $1.8 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on July 8, 2015, to stockholders of record on June 15, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of June 11, 2015.
The annual yield on the dividend is 3.1 percent.
