Praxair (PX) Declares $0.715 Quarterly Dividend; 2.3% Yield
April 29, 2015 6:51 AM EDTPraxair (NYSE: PX) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.715 per share, or $2.86 annualized.
The dividend will be payable on June 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on June 5, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of June 3, 2015.
The annual yield on the dividend is 2.3 percent.

Praxair (PX) Misses Q1 EPS by 1c
April 29, 2015 6:51 AM EDTPraxair (NYSE: PX) reported Q1 EPS of $1.43, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.44. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.8 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.96 billion.
