MaxPoint Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
March 6, 2015 8:00 AM ESTRALEIGH, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- MaxPoint Interactive, Inc., a leading provider of business intelligence and marketing automation software service that enables national brands to drive local, in-store sales, announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,500,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $11.50 per share, before underwriting discounts.
