US Physical Therapy (USPH) Tops Q3 EPS by 1c

US Physical Therapy (NYSE: USPH) reported Q3 EPS of $0.43, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.42. Revenue for the quarter came in at $77.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $75.5 million.

Same store visits increased 4.9% for de novo and acquired clinics open for one year or more and same store revenue increased 4.5% as the average net rate per visit decreased by $.42.
