Otter Tail Corp (NASDAQ: OTTR) reported Q4 EPS of ($0.02), $0.24 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.22. Revenue for the quarter came in at $263.03 million versus the consensus estimate of $310.2 million.

Sees FY2012 EPS of $1.00-$1.40, versus the consensus of $1.01.
