Northrop Grumman (NOC) Tops Q1 EPS by 11c; Raises Qtr. Dividend to 50c/Share, Authorizes $4B Buyback

Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) reported Q1 EPS of $1.67, $0.11 better than the analyst estimate of $1.56. Revenue for the quarter came in at $6.73 billion versus the consensus estimate of $6.74 billion.

Raises its quarterly dividend by 6.4% to 50c per common share.

Announces a $4 billion buyback program.
